  • Rohr2® CAE software for static and dynamic analysis of complex pipeline installations

  • Following retrieving information such as dimensions, geometry, process data, a model of the complete piping system is created in the Rohr2® application. This includes all components such as elbows, flanges, equipment, pumps, fixed supports and spring supports. The Rohr2® application performs a pipe flexibility and stress calculation according to the requirements of the specified piping design code (ASME B31.1 or B31.3, EN 13480, ISO 14692, KTA or other).

  • Means of compensating for thermal expansion or other movements are included in the model of the piping system. Such as expansion joints, natural flexibility of the piping, expansion legs or loops. Also included are the required fixed points, sliding points and spring supports. During the pipe stress analysis the Rohr2® application not ony calculates the movements, forces and stress in piping sections and components but also the forces and moments exerted on support structures. These calculations help the stress engineer to prove the integrity and reliability of the piping system.

  • Since we have registered license for Rohr2® we are working with updated software. On request we can perform for you stress analysis on industrial piping systems. We will include proposals for compensation of movements and required supports.
