  • Reliable, robust flexibility for heavy applications by the following features:
  • - thick rubber in flanges, hence robust.
  • - thick rubber in cylindrical part, hence robust.
  • - full rubber flanges, hence secure sealing to pipe flanges.
  • - cylindrical rigid part between convolution and flange, hence low stresses in flange.
  • - cylindrical rigid part between convolution and flange, hence low stresses in convolution.
  • - low stresses in rubber, hence long lifetime.
  • - high safety factor in design, hence long lifetime.

  • Other characteristics:
  • - three types:
  •       A standard nominal bores
  •       B great movements
  •       C non standard nominal bores
  • - DN500 - DN3000.
  • - rubber qualities, many choices, see table below.
  • - quality rubber, hence long lifetime.
  • - hot dip galvanized steel retaining rings drilled PN10, other materials and drillings on request.
